plain flour 400g
sesame oil 30g
boiling water 300g
corn oil to drizzle
To make it
add the boiling water to the flour and sesame oil and mix to a dough for 2 to 3 minutes.
allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes and need for a further 2 to 3 minutes to form a smooth dough.
divide the dough into 32 balls, press a ball of dough gently, drizzle with corn oil and sandwich another ball of dough on top, roll out to a side plate size (15cm to 20cm approximately).
