Example course/session ideas
All courses/sessions will be led by Chef Benson-Smith.
A minimum of 2 people, maximum 4 required with these ideally being run on weekends for leisure bookings and midweek for corporate requests,
Courses can be tailor-made to the customer requirements e.g. Artisan Bread, Kitchen Basics, Meat, Poultry, Game, Fish, Fine Dining or Corporate competitive cooking challenges/themed days.
