Established in 2014, Matthew founded The Chef Benson-Smith Academy in hope to empower others to achieve their goals whether they are aspiring chef's, future managers, craft bakers or businesses looking to create positive changes across the food and hospitality industry.

In 2018 we were successful in becoming a Government approved independent training provider, where we now deliver Hospitality and Catering apprenticeships on a national basis.
